To start promoting Ticket Office by covering events for which the company exclusively sells tickets. Till Lindemann’s concert at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is scheduled for January 4. The goal was to secure the maximum number of non-commercial publications about the event in media and social networks, mentioning the ticket operator.

We closely monitored the information field in the UAE and the MENA region, tracking where and when the news could gain traction, and provided journalists with up-to-date data and comments.
From the very beginning, we established close cooperation with media editorial offices in the MENA region and particularly in the UAE: we identified relevant entry points, agreed on formats and angles of presentation to ensure the news fit the agenda perfectly.
We formulated key messages and prepared a press release, focusing on unique aspects — the concert coinciding with the artist’s birthday and the convenient option of ticket purchases for residents of different countries.
We adapted the messages to suit different audience segments — from music fans to travel media — to ensure precise and targeted outreach.
We took into account that part of our target audience consisted of Russian-speaking residents or tourists in the UAE, so we selected communication channels in different languages.
We focused on social media work: selected channels where topics related to music, tourism, and expatriate life would fit naturally, and provided them with clear informational hooks.

The news was published in media outlets across the MENA region and Russia, and in social media it was actively picked up by key event-focused Telegram channels in Dubai and thematic VK communities, allowing us to reach a wide audience.
